A picture taken from inside a car shows an Iranian man walking to his Porsche 911 Carrera S after refueling in a petrol station in Shemiran neighbourhood in northern Tehran on December 21, 2013. According to the reports some 563 different Porsche models were sold in the Iranian year of 1390 (March 2011 to March 2012), worth a total $50 million before a hefty 100-percent import tax but in early 2013 the trade promotion organization of Iran announced a ban on importing Porsche to Iran.
