FRANCE-WEATHER
ERDF (Electricity Network Distribution France) workers repair a power line damaged by a felled tree a day after a storm on December 24, 2013 in Plouagat, near Guingamp, northwestern France. Gale-force winds and pounding rain Tuesday lashed Britain and France, killing at least two people, disrupting Christmas travel and leaving tens of thousands without power. A total of 240,000 French homes, mainly in the northwestern region of Brittany, were without electricity on Tuesday, according to power supplier ERDF. AFP PHOTO/CHARLY TRIBALLEAU
