(FILES) In this photograph taken on May 13, 2013, Bangladeshi Army personnel use heavy equipment as they continue to clear debris after an eight-storey building collapsed in Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka. Bangladeshi police said December 26, 2013, that they had recovered what are believed to be human remains from the ruins of a garment factory complex which collapsed in April, killing more than 1,100 people. Police said a group of street children spotted some 20 bone fragments while rifling through debris at the site of the former Rana Plaza complex at Savar on the outskirts of the capital Dhaka.
