RUSSIA-ENVIRONMENT-POLITICS-COURT-ENERGY
A photo taken on December 23, 2013 shows Greenpeace activists, members of the "Arctic 30," (from L) Faiza Oulahsen from the Netherlands, Dmitry Litvinov from Sweden, Camila Speziale from Argentina, Phil Ball of United Kingdom and Sini Saarela from Finland, at an informal meeting with local residents in Russia's second city of St. Petersburg. Faiza Oulahsen, a Greenpeace activist who spent over two months in prison in Russia over a protest against Arctic drilling said on December 27, 2013 the ordeal had made her "even more dedicated" to saving the Arctic environment. Oulahsen told AFP she had "no regrets" over the protest against a Gazprom oil rig in the Barents Sea, in an interview just before leaving Russia after benefitting from a Kremlin-backed amnesty.
