LEBANON-BLAST
Pakistani tourists, living in Dubai and on holidays in Beirut, leave their hotel located next to the scene of a car bomb explosion that rocked the Lebanese capital on December 27, 2013. Ex-premier Saad Hariri's top aide Mohammad Shatah (Chatah), 62, and four other people were killed in the early morning car bomb explosion in the heart of Beirut and more than 50 were wounded, the state news agency NNA said. Chatah, an influential economist representing a coalition opposed to the Syrian regime and former minister of finance, had also served as Lebanon's envoy to Washington. AFP PHOTO / PATRICK BAZ
