(From L) Belgian Minister of Public Enterprises and Development Cooperation Jean-Pascal Labille (PS French-speaking Socialists), Belgacom CEO Dominique Leroy and Chairman of the board of directors of Belgacom Stefaan De Clerck arrive for a press conference of the Belgacom board of directors on January 9, 2014, at the Belgacom headquarters in Brussels. Dominique Leroy was named on January 9 the first woman to run a Belgian state-owned company, taking over at telecoms giant Belgacom after its previous head fell out with the government. Leroy, 50, married with two children, worked for 24 years at Anglo-Dutch food and household products group Unilever before joining Belgacom in 2011 where she manages the retail clients division.
