Doctors at MSF say they are treating children for diarrhoea and chest problems, caused by poor drinking water and cold from sleeping outside with no shelter. According to the latest figures from the United Nations, some 75,000 people have settled in Minkamen following clashes in nearby Bor, 40km away, between the South Sudanese army and rebels led by Riek Machar.
