BOLIVIA-ALASITAS FAIR
A woman holds a miniature of the Tupak Katari Bolivian satelite during the first day of the traditional Alasitas fair in La Paz, on January 24, 2014. The Alasitas fair is a pre-hispanic tradition to revere the Ekkekko, the Aymara god of abundance and lasts about three weeks. According to the it, people who are given miniatures of goods they wish to have purchased in the fair get them for real along the year. AFP/PHOTO/Aizar Raldes
