PERU-HERITAGE-PISCO-SOUR
A waitress serves Pisco Sour in a street festival in Lima on February 1, 2014, during celebrations for the national Day of Pisco Sour, an alcohol cocktail declared cultural heritage. This year a new version called The Hague Sour (La Haya in Spanish) hits the streets celebrating the judgment of the International Court of Justice (ICJ ) on the maritime dispute with Chile last January 27.
