FRANCE-TRADITION-WINE
The bishop of the Jura, Mgr Jordy (R) starts a religious ceremony for the Vin Jaune (yellow wine) during the traditional event of the "Percée du vin jaune" (Yellow wine opening) in Perrigny (eastern France) on February 2, 2014. The festival is staged in the first week of February each year to celebrate release of the newly released vintage, which due to the legal requirements for aging will be the one harvested in the autumn seven years earlier.AFP PHOTO / SEBASTIEN BOZON
