A big pile of garbage lies on the street in the Palestinian West Bank refugee camp of Jalazoun, on the outskirts of Ramallah, as workers of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), responsible for managing the camp, are on strike, on February 4, 2014.
