NEW YORK, NY - FEBRUARY 06: New breeds of dogs, including Pirata (R), a Portuguese Podengo Pequeno, are displayed by their owners ahead of the 138th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on February 6, 2014 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
