FRANCE-WEATHER-STORM-ACCIDENT
A radio antenna hangs from a 30-storey office building it was attached to, after it was swept off from atop by gale-force winds and crashed, in the La Noue district of Bagnolet, outside Paris, on February 7, 2014, injuring no one and breaking some of the building's windows. French weather agency Meteo-France issued a warning alert on February 7, 2014 shortly after it placed 29 departments from Brittany to the Paris region on a second-tier orange alert.
