A Chinese workers moves amongst some of 5,000 clay pots containing fermenting Chilli Peppers used to make spicy hotpot which is a famous local dish in Choongqing, on February 22, 2014. The Chongqing hotpot involves boiling meat and vegetables in a spicy soup flavored by black peppercorns and chilli peppers and locals claim it helps them to get through the cold damp winters of the region.
