(FILES) This photograph taken in June 2012 shows Asmatullah Shaheen Bhittani, the head of the supreme shura, and appointed as temporary head of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the Waziristan tribal area near the Afghan border. Unidentified gunmen on Febraury 24, 2014 killed a senior commander of the Pakistani Taliban who had a government bounty on his head, officials and family said. Asmatullah Shaheen, a former interim chief of the militant group was ambushed in Dargah Mandi village near Miranshah, the main town of the troubled North Waziristan tribal district.
