(FILES) This file court sketch made on March 29, 2011 at the Paris' courthouse, shows 75 year-old retired German doctor Dieter Krombach during his trial over the killing of Kalinka Bamberski who died mysteriously in 1982. The court of appeal will give its decision on Krombach's appeal on April 2, 2014, the court announced on February 26, 2014. Krombach was brought to French justice after being kidnapped by the father of the victim and left in front of a courthouse in France.
