FRANCE-FDJ-RIBLET-COLE-FILES
(FILES) - A picture taken on May 28, 2013 in Nantes shows a player scratching a game card of the Française des Jeux (FDJ), the operator of France's national lottery. Retired engineer Robert Riblet accuses the Francaise Des Jeux (FDJ) company of ripping off its clients and abuse of confidence by leaving them no chance of winning from scratchcards. Gerard Cole, former president of the Française des Jeux from 1989 to 1993, accuses the FDJ of ripping off its clients and said during an interview on February 27, 2014 that "equality of opportunity never existed".
