NEW YORK, NY - MARCH 12: People wait in Grand Central Terminal after Metro-North commuter train service was disrupted following a building collapse in the East Harlem neighborhood blew debris over the tracks March 12, 2014 in New York City. Service was restored just before the evening rush with limited service on the Harlem and New Haven Lines. Hudson Line customers need to use the subway and transfer to 153rd st in the Bronx. Reports of an explosion were heard before the collapse of two multiple-dwelling buildings at East 116th St. and Park Avenue that left at least 2 dead anda number of people are injured and missing.
