A trappist monk oversees the bottling of Trappistes Rochefort beer on February 19, 2014 at the Notre Dame de Saint Remy Rochefort abbey in Rochefort. Located in the Belgian Ardennes, the abbey hosts thirteen monks, aged 40 to 80. Fifteen civilians work at the brewery and produce 40,000 hectoliters of beer per year. The monks of Rochefort distribute one million euros per year to "families in distress around the abbey, missions and other monasteries in need", according to father Luc. AFP PHOTO / GEORGES GOBET
