UAE-DUBAI-CHINA-PHOTOGRAPHY-AWARD
Chinese photographer Fu Yang Zhou raises his trophy after winning the grand prize of the Hamdan International Photography Award (HIPA) on March 17, 2014 during a ceremony in Dubai.
