CYCLING-AUSTRALIA-40KM POINTS-WYNANTS & RENSHAW CRASH
Uruguay-s Milton Wynants (front C) crashes after colliding with Australia-s Mark Renshaw (L) during the final of the men-s 40km points race on the opening night of the UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Melbourne, 26 May 2004. Wynants recovered from the collision and went on to win the silver medal. Cyclists from 40 nations are competing in 15 events over five days in the lead-up to the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
