PALESTINIAN-ISRAEL-CONFLICT
An Israeli border police aims his rifle during clashes with Palestinian stone throwers, as they guard work being carried out on their controversial separation barrier which was damaged two days ago by Palestinians at the Aida Palestinian refugee camp near the West Bank town of Bethlehem, on March 24, 2014. The mural (C) is of Leila Khaled, a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and a convicted airline hijacker who was later released in a prisoner exchange for civilian hostages kidnapped by her fellow PFLP members.
