(FILES) - Picture taken on November 4, 2013 shows the building in Munich's Schwabing district, where art masterpieces stolen by the Nazis were discovered in the flat of Cornelius Gurlitt. The 80-year-old German recluse concluded an agreement on Monday, April 7, 2014 with the German government, which entitles him to keep all undisputed paintings provided that he helps clarify the ownership of paintings believed looted by the Nazis.
