Sajid Javid, arrives in Downing Street in central London on April 9, 2014 after being appointed to replace Maria Miller as British Culture Secretary. Maria Miller, the minister who oversaw future regulation of Britain's newspapers, quit her cabinet post on April 9 following a row over expenses linked to a mortgage.
