French intelligence warship Dupuy-de-Lome sails through the Boshporus in Istanbul, Turkey, on April 10, 2014, en route to the Black Sea. The United States sent warship USS Donald Cook to the Black Sea in order to reassure European allies in the region following Russia's annexation of Crimea.
