Minion helmets were all the rage after being handed out to those in attendance marking the opening of Universal Studio's latest attraction "Despicable Me Minion Mayhem" on April 11, 2014 in Universal City, California. The immersive 3D Ultra-HD Digital Animation Adventure ride based on the 2010 film opens to the public on April 12, in conjunction with "Super Silly Fun Land," an imaginative and interactive play zone.
