An Ahom tribal woman prepares 'Saaj-Pani' (Rice Beer) using the indigenous method at her house ahead of Rongali Bihu festival at a village in northeastern Assam state's Sivasagar district, some 365 kms east of Guwahati on April 13, 2014. Rice beer is a delicacy among all the tribal communities inhabiting northeast India and almost each and every household prepares their own rice beer for their daily consumption.
