Cypriot Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment Nikos Kougialis and Spanish Agriculture and Environment Minister Miguel Arias Canete (LtR) talk prior to an Agriculture and Fisheries Council on April 14,2014 at the EU Headquarters at the Kirchberg Conference Centre in Luxembourg. The Council will hold an exchange of views on a report on the functioning of the fruit and vegetable sector since the reform of 2007.
