Ukrainian soldiers stay close to their armoured personnel carriers (APC) near Izium on April 15, 2014. Ukraine's acting president accused Russia on April 15 of harbouring "brutal plans" to destabilise the southeast of his ex-Soviet country by backing separatist militants.
