Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe lays a wreath at the spot where British police officer Yvonne Fletcher was killed during a remembrance service to mark the 30th anniversary of the fatal shooting in St James's Square in central London on April 17, 2014. Fletcher, 25, was shot dead outside the Libyan embassy on April 17, 1984 while policing peaceful demonstrations. No one has ever been charged with her murder but British police continue to persue a joint investigation with the Libyan authorities. AFP PHOTO / BEN STANSALL
