Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff (R) greets British computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee (C), the man credited with inventing the world wide web, during the opening ceremony of the "NETmundial – Global Multistakeholder Meeting on the Future of Internet Governance", on April 23, 2014 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. NETmundial is a forum that gathers international entities of the various stakeholders involved with Internet governance and has as focus on the elaboration of principles of Internet governance and the proposal for a roadmap for future development of this ecosystem.
