SSUDAN-UNREST-TRIAL-COURT-FILES
(FILES) -- A file picture taken on March 11, 2014 shows former SPLM (Sudan People's Liberation Movement) leaders (RtoL), former ambassador Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth, former deputy minister of defence Majak d'Agoot, former SPLM secretary-general Pagan Amum and former minister for national security Oyai Deng Ajak sitting during a trial in which they are accused of 11 charges including treason, in Juba, South Sudan. The 4 men are accused by the government of allegedly attempting to topple President Salva Kiir after fighting broke out in December 2013. On April 24, 2014 South Sudan's government announced it was dropping charges against the four alleged top rebels, calling the move an effort to promote peace and end a four-month-old civil war.
