A French-army helicopter transporting marines attached to the European Union naval Force - EUNAVFOR-Somalia takes off from the FS Sirocco heading towards Bossaso on the coast of Somalia's northern semi-autonomous region of Puntland on March 27, 2014. The presence of an international armada of navy ships have virtually wiped off piracy in the Gulf of Aden and off the Somali coast even though the threat still looms. At the height of Somali piracy in 2011 , the International Maritime Bureau (IMB ) had recorded 237 attacks attributed to Somali pirates across the Indian Ocean. AFP PHOTO/Aymeric VINCENOIT
