GEORGIA-FRANCE-DIPLOMACY
French President Francois Hollande and Georgian President Guiorgui Margvelachvili (unseen) give a joint press conference on May 13, 2014 at the Presidential Palace in Tbilisi. Hollande started a three-day visit to the South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia) on Sunday as he seeks to bolster European ties on Russia's southern doorstep amid the crisis in Ukraine. Hollande said his tour of Caucasus countries "is not directed against anyone but aims to reinforce ties between Europe, France, and partners that today are independent and worried about their development".
