TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY HÉLÈNE COLLIOPOULOU : People get information in a pre-election kiosk of the candidate Giorgos Kaminis for municipal elections in central Athens on May 13, 2014. Greece gets an early ballot start on May 18 -- a week ahead of the European parliament vote -- with the first round of municipal and regional elections around the country.
