Bruno, commissioner, New York City Office of Emergency Management (OEM), holds a prototype coffee cup with the "Know Your Zone" logo as NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) issues the initial outlook for the 2014 Atlantic hurricane season during a press conference May 22, 2014 at the New York City Office of Emergency Management's Emergency Operations Center in the Brooklyn borough of New York. The OEM also launched a new hurricane awareness campaign to encourage New Yorkers to find out if they live within one of six hurricane evacuation zones.
