Former public ERT radio and television employees and supporters of public media take part in a demonstration rally marking one year since the government's decision to close the public ERT media station and lay-off 2700 employees, in front of the headquarters of the former public broadcaster ERT, on June 11, 2014, in Athens. The ERT Greek public broadcasting TV and radio was transformed into a low-cost channel named DT before eventually becoming a new public television station NERIT which started broadcasting on Greek television on May 4, 2014.
