TO GO WITH AFP STORY by SARA PUIG, ENTERTAINMENT-US-CRIME-SIMPSON-AMFOOT

(FILES) - In a file picture taken on June 21, 1995, O.J. Simpson shows the jury a new pair of Aris extra-large gloves, similar to the gloves found at the Bundy and Rockingham crime scene during his double murder trial in Los Angeles. Deputy Sheriff Roland Jex (L) and Prosector Christopher Darden (R) look on. It's like JFK or Princess Diana dying: almost everyone in the US old enough remembers where they were the day of the OJ Simpson white Bronco freeway chase. Twenty years later, it remains an iconic TV moment. Some 95 million Americans watched the slow-speed chase live on television, as the NFL megastar went on the run following the double murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman. The anniversary is being marked on June 17, 2014 by a resurgence of memories of the cavalcade, and the trial which followed, the first followed by a mass international audience in real time. Simpson would be acquitted of the crimes on October 3, 1995. AFP PHOTO/POOL/VINCE BUCCI
