SYRIA-CONFLICT-KASAB
A handout picture released by the official Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) shows a burnt out church in the town of Kasab, on June 15, 2014. Syria's army said it had recaptured the strategic town after it fell to rebels almost three months ago. Kasab, an Armenian town, is important because it is at the only border crossing with Turkey in sensitive Latakia province, heartland of the Alawite sect from which President Bashar al-Assad hails.
