LIBYA-TUNISIA-UNREST-KIDNAP
Tunisian diplomat Al-Aroussi Kontassi (C) returns to his family on the tarmac at the military airport in Aouina on June 30, 2014 in Tunis. Al-Aroussi Kontassi and a fellow embassy staffer abducted in Libya earlier this year were freed by their abductors on June 29, 2014 after months in captivity. The abductions of the Tunisians took place during a string of attacks targeting diplomats in the Libyan capital.
