(FILES) -- A file photo taken on October 11, 2013 shows British physicist Peter Higgs, one of the discoverers of the Higgs Boson and recipient of the Nobel Prize for Physics, posing for photographs after he attended a press conference in The Playfair Library, Old College, University of Edinburgh. Two years after making history by unearthing the Higgs boson, the particle that confers mass, physicists are broadening their probe into its identity, hoping this will also solve other great cosmic mysteries.
