ROMANIA-US-CHEVRON-GREENPEACE-PROTEST
Greenpeace activists block the entrance of Chevron's shale gas exploring site in Pungesti village, 380 km east from Bucharest, on July 7, 2014. Around 25 environment activists block on Monday the entrance of the exploring site. Protesters, attached to each other sat in front of the entrance to the perimeter where installed exploration drilling in the village of Pungesti in north-eastern Romania. They waved placards saying "No fracking", the controversial technique extraction of shale gas, which provides the injection high pressure water mixed with chemicals in soil.
