A rebel fighter from the Islamic Front, Syria's largest rebel coalition, lies on a stretcher at the makeshift hospital in the Syrian town of Douma on July 9, 2014, after he was reportedly injured during fighting in the Eastern Ghouta region against militants of the Islamic State (IS), formerly known as the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
