GERMANY-TOURISM-FILES
(FILES) A photo taken on August 10, 2010 shows the castle Neuschwanstein near Fuessen, in the Allgaeuer Alps mountains, southern Germany. Castle Neuschwanstein is a 19th-century Romanesque Revival palace on a hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Fuessen. The palace was commissioned by Ludwig II of Bavaria as a retreat and as a homage to German musician Richard Wagner. According to a study released on July 15, 2014 the palace is one of Germany's most favourite touristical places.
