BELGIUM-EU-SUMMIT
European Parliament President Martin Schulz (L) greets with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk on July 16, 2014 before a special meeting of the European Council to discuss further appointments of the bloc's top jobs, the next step after the European Parliament approved former Luxembourg premier Jean-Claude Juncker as head of the European Commission.
