BELGIUM-EU-SUMMIT
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrives on July 16, 2014 for a special meeting of the European Council to discuss further appointments of the bloc's top jobs, the next step after the European Parliament approved former Luxembourg premier Jean-Claude Juncker as head of the European Commission. All eyes will be on the coveted post of European Union foreign affairs chief, currently held by Britain's Catherine Ashton.
