BELGIUM-EU-SUMIT
French President Francois Hollande gives a press conference at the end of a special meeting, July 16, 2014, of the European Council to discuss further appointments of the bloc's top jobs, the next step after the European Parliament approved former Luxembourg premier Jean-Claude Juncker as head of the European Commission. All eyes will be on the coveted post of European Union foreign affairs chief, currently held by Britain's Catherine Ashton.
