BELGIUM-ROYALS-NATIONAL-DAY
King Philippe of Belgium poses during the recording of his annual television and radio speech to mark Belgian National day, celebrated on July 21, at the Royal Palace in Brussels on July 17, 2014. Belgium's King Philippe on July 20 urged his country's fractious politicians to form a national government as speedily as possible as negotiations drag on after general elections in May. "You elected the men and women to represent you for the next five years on May 25," the king said in his first national day address since coming to the throne after his father, Albert II, abdicated in July 2013.
