Crowds come out to see a giant marionette known as the 'Giant Grandmother' being paraded through the streets of Liverpool in north-west England, on July 25, 2014. The parade entitled 'Memories of August 1914' by French theatre company Royal de Luxe, features a giant grandmother, a giant little girl and her dog named Xolo, and tells the story of the city's involvement in World War One.
