NETHERLANDS-UKRAINE-RUSSIA-MALAYSIA-CRISIS-VICTIMS
Dutch Minister of Defence Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert (R) and Dutch Chief of Defence Tom Middendorp (L) hold a meeting with members of the Dutch parliament in The Hague, on July 29, 2014, about the repatriation mission for the victims of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 that crashed in east Ukraine on July 17, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew on board. Fighting between Kiev forces and pro-Russian separatists on July 29 again prevented international investigators reaching the MH17 crash site in Ukraine, the Dutch justice ministry said. The Dutch and Australian police mission needs access to the site to recover the remains of some of the 298 victims still lying in the fields. Over 200 bodies have already been recovered and sent to the Netherlands for identification. The Netherlands and Australia lost on July 17 most of the citizens on the flight, allegedly brought down by separatist rebels. AFP PHOTO / ANP /LEX VAN LIESHOUT Netherlands out
